WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Samosay Ki Pattiyan (Samosa strips)
Chicken (3 small-medium size pieces)
2 Potatoes boiled and mashed
1 Egg Boiled and mashed
Capsicum (1 cup chopped)
3-4 green chilies
Lemon Juice (squeezed from 1 lemon)
Mozzarella Cheese slices
Black pepper and salt as per taste
1 tbsp flour mixed with water for sticking paste
Blend green chilies in a blender with some water and lemon juice.
WHAT TO DO:
Put chicken in a pot and add in the green chili mixture and let the chicken cook in the mixture till tender and the water has completely been absorbed.
Take the chicken pieces out and shred them.
Pour a small quantity of oil in a pot, add in chicken, mashed potato, egg and capsicum and stir fry them. Add in salt and pepper, mix thoroughly and remove from the flame.
Take one samosa strip and place it horizontally. Place another strip on it vertically to make a plus sign. Take some of the mixture and place it in the center.
Break a few small pieces of the cheese slice and place it on top of the mixture.
Fold the strips and use the sticking paste to bind each fold to make a box.
Once all your boxes are ready, you can fry them immediately or keep them in fridge to fry later.
Fry in hot oil till they are light golden brown.
Serve as it is or cut them diagonally as triangles.
